My goal as a practitioner is to help you achieve a balance within your own being.  Alchemy is something that speaks to my soul and I feel that the essence of transformation is incorporated into everything that I do. Alchemy by definition, is the process of transmutation and purification of soul or spirit as well as of physical materials and chemicals used to represent or symbolize spiritual transformation. In the history of science, alchemy refers to both an early form of the investigation of nature and an early philosophical and spiritual discipline, both combining elements of chemistry, metallurgy, physics, medicine, astrology, semiotics, mysticism, spiritualism, and art all as parts of one greater force. 

Internal alchemy focuses on transmuting energies and substances. The practices focus on restoring balance and elevating spiritual vitality. The goals of internal alchemy are improved health, longevity and peacefulness.
